Chelsey Reese is a licensed therapist & wellness practitioner, specializing in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed work, and holistic mental health strategies. She is the founder of Power Through Process, whose work empowers women of color to release stored trauma through sound healing, yoga, and holistic therapy - so they can trust themselves, set boundaries, and rest without guilt.
Sherie Ajayi is the owner and founder of Pérola Psychiatry and Wellness. Pérola psychiatry specializes in meeting the mental health needs of high-performing Black women, while remaining open to clients from all backgrounds. Sherie is a dual-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, giving her a strong foundation for providing truly holistic care. She manages conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and is licensed to prescribe and manage medications in both California and Montana.

Tara Levy is a Chicago-based multidisciplinary artist, educator, and writer and founder of the Liberated Arts Movement, an organization rooted in promoting wellness through the arts.
Additionally, Tara is the author of an inspirational journal, children’s books, and the poetry collection All Is Well, which inspired her full-length play Well With My Soul. Her theatrical work includes two Goodman Theatre 10-minute playwriting wins, original productions, and dramaturgy for multidisciplinary work at the Chicago Cultural Center. A Poet in Residence with the Chicago Poetry Center, she leads creative writing experiences for youth across the city.
Her artistic practice spans poetry, theater, and storytelling, and is rooted in wellness, faith, identity, and cultural affirmation. Through her work, she explores healing and collective joy, creating spaces where communities can reflect, imagine, and be seen.
