Power Through Process

At the end of 2020, during a time when the world was forced to slow down and rethink everything about how we function, Power Through Process was born. This space is an invitation to focus on taking care of your mind, body, and spirt.

Power Through Process is a holistic mental health and wellness practice specializing in relational and somatic therapy, yoga, and sound meditation particularly for communities of color and marginalized groups.

Power Through Process Wellness Collective is aimed at increasing access to diverse holistic health and wellness offerings especially for communities of color.

We are sharing tips for holistic health and connecting you to various opportunities to engage in community and wellness.

Power Through Process is founded on the belief that we can tap into our greatest strengths when we are able to process life’s moments and reflect on our lived experiences.

Meet The Founder

My name is Chelsey Reese. PTP Wellness Co. is a result of my desire to be intentional about wellness. What started off as an online presence on social media has flourished into a community centered healing and wellness resource. I am a relational and somatic therapist, certified sound healer, and yoga teacher. My goal is to facilitate healing by creating space for other's to form deeper connections with themselves and the external world.
