    • Yoga: A gentle or dynamic flow sequence designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote focus, tailored to participants’ experience levels and energy.
    • Sound Meditation: A deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, to help soothe the nervous system, release emotional blockages, and bring balance.

Hello, I’m Chelsey Reese

Somatic therapist, registered yoga teacher, and certified sound healing practitioner

I’m dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and align with their highest self. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and supporting others in their yoga and meditation practice for 2 years. Through movement, breath, and sound, I’ve guided individuals and groups toward deeper self-awareness, relaxation, and healing.

    No experience is required! Sessions can be tailored for various levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. You’ll be guided through each step at your own pace. 

  • How do I book a session?

    To book a session, simply submit an inquiry below with the details of your preferred service (time, day, offering type, location, group size, desired outcomes, etc.). 


    I’ll review your inquiry within 48 hours and reach out to discuss your tailored experience, answer any questions, and confirm the next steps. 


    A 20% deposit will be required to secure your booking.
