Virtual Meditation Sessions

One-on-one meditation sessions to support nervous system calm and mindful connection. Each session is a personal space to settle your nervous system, reconnect with the present moment, and receive support.

Sessions will be 30 minutes, take place over zoom, and include:

  • A grounding arrival practice
  • Connection check-in
  • Long-form guided meditation
  • Closing debrief
