November Meditation Sessions
Grounding in gratitude and presence. For the month of November I'll be offering free one-on-one meditation sessions to support nervous system calm and mindful connection. Each session is a personal space to settle your nervous system, reconnect with the present moment, and receive support.
Sessions will be 30 minutes, take place over zoom, and include:
- A grounding arrival practice
- Connection check-in
- Long-form guided meditation
- Closing debrief
