Chelsey Reese is a licensed therapist & wellness practitioner, specializing in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed work, and holistic mental health strategies. She is the founder of Power Through Process, whose work empowers women of color to release stored trauma through sound healing, yoga, and holistic therapy - so they can trust themselves, set boundaries, and rest without guilt.
Chelsey Reese
Sherie Ajayi is the owner and founder of Pérola Psychiatry and Wellness. Pérola psychiatry specializes in meeting the mental health needs of high-performing Black women, while remaining open to clients from all backgrounds. Sherie is a dual-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, giving her a strong foundation for providing truly holistic care. She manages conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and is licensed to prescribe and manage medications in both California and Montana.
