As a Black woman who has faced my own struggles with anxiety and trauma, I bring a deeply personal understanding of what it’s like to navigate the world as part of a marginalized group. My experiences have shaped the trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens through which I work, allowing me to create a space where you can be seen, heard, and supported with compassion.

Hello, I’m Chelsey Reese

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Relational and Somatic Therapist, Certified Sound Healer, and 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher.

I help people build self-awareness by tuning in to what’s happening in their bodies so that they can connect to the present moment, release trauma and stress, and make meaningful connections with the world around them.


I firmly believe that we can tap into our greatest power, strength, and purpose when we take the time to process our lived experiences, identify the things we’ve been holding on to, and release what no longer serves us.


I'm passionate about facilitating opportunities for folks to be in community and engage in their own wellness journey. When I'm not meeting with clients or hosting wellness offerings, you can find me talking to my plants, curled up with a good book, or going for a hike and connecting with nature.

Healing, growth, and wellness rely on one's ability to process life's moments.
